Name a Puppy Program

When you participate in our Name a Puppy Program you will enjoy a more personal approach to donating.  You will have the opportunity to name and watch your puppy travel through the journey of service or facility therapy dog training.

• We will let you when when a puppy to name is available
• You may name your puppy according to the A.C.T.S. guidelines for naming puppies
• ​Information on the progress of your puppy will be sent to you twice a year
• You will be invited to join us at our graduation ceremonies
• Tax deductible donation of $2,500
• Name a Puppy Sponsorship Form
